How to get a stain out of my handbag?

dee_em_cee_472 asked:
The other night I was at a party and somebody spilled a raspberry vodka cruiser all over my (expensive argh) handbag! Does anyone know how I can remove this stain? The bag is made from 58% cotton, 48% polyester or thereabouts. (Also I have a stain on my dress, too so any tips for that would be appreciated)

Thanks a lot in advance

Seriously, the answer is “Original Green Palmolive”. put it on the stain(works better if fabric is dry, but you can also soak stains in hot water with palmolive(not recommended for cotton) overnight and then treat and wash). It really does get everything out. Check your stains before drying, if it hasn’t quite come out, let fabric air dry and treat again.
