      The crafts store should have wide selection of materials you could use even the crafts department.

      JoAnne fabrics actually has a wonderful selection. Brocades, tapestry, gold, silver and copper fabrics, velvet in every color etc. I used them to make evening clutches as gifts for X-Mas.
